Our local community magazine sprouts a new edition
Our local community magazine – All Things Local is currently distributed in Kilburn and the surrounding villages, whilst a newer edition is distributed around Belper itself.
The Editor – Karyn – a very good friend of mine called the other week to tell me that in addition to the two editions, she was going to be distributing a third edition especially for the Ripley, Marehay, Waingroves and Codnor areas.

So now even if you used to live in the area, you can catch up with all the local news and features online, including reading all three editions.

The really interesting (and great) thing about running your own business is that you get to meet lots of people, who like yourself, are doing a great job with an inspired business idea.
Like Moira.
Moira is close friends with Tania (who you’ll remember runs her own company called Mags 2 Riches and helps others start their own community magazines), and is taking Tania’s Mags 2 Riches idea to France.
Kipubli has it’s own website (in french) and is aimed at helping people living in France to run their own successful community magazines.
So whatever side of the Channel you find yourself on, look out for some excellent community magazines, published by locals, for locals, with a little help from Tania and Moira.

Fabulous Photo Gifts is pleased to support our local community magazine which covers the Kilburn and Belper areas of Derbyshire.
All Things Local has a very impressive distribution of 16,000 copies and is edited by our good friend Karyn Millner.
We also support her website which accompanies her printed publications and as the two latest editions start getting distributed this week, we’ll be updating the website with all the big regular features and stories plus updating the present and back issues to include the two newest editions.
A great read for local and non-local residents alike – its aim is also to encourage local people to use local businesses and services and you’ll find Fabulous Photo Gifts is a regular advertiser – showing residents a taste of the personalised gifts they can personalise with their own photographs – online.
